What we collect and why
Callback and consultation requests
Your name and phone number, and, if you give them, your email address, project type and message. We use them only to contact you and deal with your request. The legal basis is taking steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Technical logs
When you visit the site, our servers record your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who receives it
Requests go to our own request system (Yellow IoT Admin), which notifies our team. The website and that system are hosted by Heroku (Salesforce, Inc.), region [to be completed]. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests: [to be completed]. If a request leads to a job, the related records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details, to limit or object to how we use them, or to give you a copy. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
